Login To Your Pledoo Account
Pledooโs account login works on both desktop and mobile browsers. On a PC, open the site, click Log in, and enter the email (or username) and password linked to your account. On a phone or tablet, the same fields appear in the mobile layout, so the steps stay identical.
You need an existing Pledoo account to access the personal area, including balance, deposits, withdrawals, and game history. If you donโt have an account yet, complete registration first; only then will the login details work for signing in.
Login Security At Pledoo
- 2FA: Pledoo supports two-factor authentication via an authenticator app (TOTP). After you enter your password, the site asks for a 6-digit code that refreshes about every 30 seconds. Pledoo provides backup recovery codes during setup; store them offline and do not save them in the same device where you keep the authenticator.
- Password: Use a unique password for Pledoo that you do not reuse on email or social accounts. Set a minimum of 12 characters, and mix upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols; avoid names, birthdays, and common patterns like โ123456โ or โqwertyโ. A password manager reduces reuse and makes long passwords practical.
- Notifications: Pledoo sends login alerts for sign-ins from a new device or a new location, with time and approximate region included in the message. Turn on email and SMS alerts in account settings, and review the โLast loginโ history after each session. If you see an unfamiliar login alert, change the password, revoke active sessions, and reset 2FA immediately.
Account Verification After Login In Pledoo
Pledoo runs account checks after you sign in to confirm identity, meet age requirements, and keep payments tied to the right person. Some users can play right away, but withdrawals and certain account changes trigger verification.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal. Pledoo also requests it when you change personal details (name, date of birth), update your payment method, or when login activity looks unusual (new device, new country, repeated failed sign-ins).
Pledoo blocks or limits withdrawals until the check is completed. Deposits may stay available, but payout processing stays on hold while documents are under review.
- ID: Passport, national ID card (front and back), or driving licence; the photo, full name, date of birth, and document number must be readable.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter showing your full name and current address; the document date must be recent (commonly within the last 3 months).
- Payment method: For cards, a photo showing the first 6 and last 4 digits (hide the middle digits) and the cardholder name; for e-wallets, a screenshot or PDF showing account owner name and wallet ID/email.
- Selfie check: A live selfie or selfie with your ID if Pledoo flags a higher-risk login or needs to match the document photo to the account holder.
At the moment, Pledooโs verification is mainly tied to withdrawals and risk triggers after login, and it stays in place until the required ID, address, and payment proofs are approved.
